Is it true that all two wheeler manufacturers are quickly launching EVs?

At present there is only one large player Hero Electric, one of the group companies is in the electric two wheeler business for the last 10 years. TVS is most likely launching their Jupiter IC engine 2W in the electric version in few months. HeroMoto may launch e-Duet this year and Leap next year. Bajaj announced a model ‘Urbanite’ that may take 2 years. There was news that Mahindra may launch their Genze in India and may develop an electric scooter on the Gusto platform.
