Hi,

The vehicle I have chosen is an MG ZS EV. ;)

1.Does your selected EV have on-board charging?
Ans: Yes. It it fitted with a 7kW on board charger.
2.What is the rated AC input voltage of the on-board charger?
Ans: The rated input voltage is 230 V AC.
3. What is the DC output voltage of the on-board charger?
Ans: Could not find info.
4. What is the Battery pack nominal voltage?
Ans: The vehicle uses a 44.5 kWh Battery pack. Could not find further info on the same.
5.What type of motor is connected?
Ans: 3 phase permanent magnet synchronous motor which delivers close to 140hp@3500 rpm.
6. Is there an inverter needed in the drive unit?
Ans: Yes. To convert the DC from the battery pack to AC current to the motor controller.
7. Is there a high voltage DC-DC converter on-board the vehicle?
Ans: Yes
8. What type of cooling methodology is used? - Passive air, active air, active liquid?
Ans:  Active Liquid cooling
9.Any other interesting observations you'd like to share?
Ans: The MG ZS EV range uses the CCS charging standard, which consists of a combined AC and DC inlet port. The MG ZS EV is fitted with a 7 kW on-board charger for Type 2 AC charging as standard, in addition to rapid 50 kW DC capability. This means that even when connected to a fast charger with a rated output above 7 kW, the MG ZS EV will only be able to charge at 7 kW.
