1. The tracking info will be sent via email as provided in the web form. There is no shipping insurance provided with non-tracked shipping options.
2. The products are designed in Vancouver, Canada. Manufacturing centers are in Vancouver, Canada and Delhi, India. – The shipping charges include doorstep delivery, however any local customs duties and taxes will be payable by the buyer.
3. Many countries do not charge import duties on gifts, samples and goods below a certain stated value. If you are familiar with the tax regulations in your country, we would be happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling and declarations.
