Can India achieve its goal of 100% electric mobility by 2030?

It’s neither likely nor practical to think that all new vehicles on Indian roads will be electric by 2030. Freight movement on roads, Trains can certainly become all electric by 2030. Heavy construction and Agriculture machinery will continue to be on IC engines for longtime to come.  The most optimistic estimates for buses and cars is 50% and for two wheelers is 75%.
